此崗位需要: 具有汽車零部件歸類經驗
1.General Description
*Serve as part of the operation team of the location supporting the Customs Affair Manager to operate the Customs Affair daily operation, in meeting customer expectation and performance service standards (KPI) through sound management of daily Customs declaration operation and Customs affair related issue.
2.Specific Accountabilities
*Follow the handling procedures as laid down for the customer.
*Routine business of inbound, outbound, import and export.
*Communication with brokers, forwarder and import agent.
*Monthly billings check and monthly report to supervisor.
*Cross function communication in both operations internal and external.
*Complete other tasks assigned by the management
3.Skills Required
*Familiar with the operation process of Customs or CIB is a plus.
*Good English reading and writing skills
*Proficient in MS Office software
4.Experience and Qualifications
*College degree or equivalent, preferably in Import and Export or relative.
*Min 1 years of experience in a related capacity.
