The Innovative Patient Solution Lead will be responsible for identifying and analyzing patients needs on centralized multichannel patient service solutions, Establish an innovative patient digital solution model based on BU's overall business strategy, conceive innovative ideas on overall online business scenario design, drive adoption of digital capabilities to build up ecosystem which fits China market,, and cooperating with business unit for providing business insights to formulate digital solution
